I was recommended this shop by a friend and I wasn't disappointed at all. I took my car in to get serviced for a starter replacement. Frank got right on it and did an awesome job. I haven't heard my car start with such power in a long time. I would definitely recommend the Auto Doctor to anyone else who is looking for a shop for auto needs.

I was really impressed with how they kept me informed with what was going on with my car. They were professional and courteous. And when I came to pick up my car, I was able to talk to Carlos the mechanic who explained to me in detail about what was fixed and even showed pictures. I will definitely be using these folks again if the need should arise again! You can't go wrong with this group. Great job! πŸ€œπŸΎπŸ€›πŸΎ

I have been trusting our vehicles to Carlos and the crew for over a decade. They are honest and thorough. I cannot recommend them enough!! (But please don't go there though because I don't want the lines to get long and have to wait a long time :) j/k.

Don’t take your car here I warn you horrible place they will rip you off. I brought my car here in to get it checked it out because I needed to do inspection on my 2009 Nissan pathfinder, & I had a β€œservice engine soon” light on the dash. Spoke with Carlos he told me that it was going to be $1200 for labor & parts, I was fine with that payed him up front. I then let a week go by and called him to ask if the car is ready mind you I had to call him instead of him calling me to tell me what was going on with the work progress. He proceeded to tell me it was going to be $3000 more than what he initially had quoted , so it was going to be a grand total of $4200. I was so pissed because he didn’t fix the car at all he just erased the light from the dash with the scanners that they use, I walked out and took my car to β€œanother mechanic” he fixed my car and charged me $1400 and he actually fixed it it’s been 4 months and it’s still running good. I repeat don’t take your car to this guy the main guy that is in charge of the shop I’m pretty sure he’s the owner his name is Carlos. They do this to scam customers by charging them more from what they actually need I have proof of everything I

The best shop ever!! Highly recommended. They are kind and knowledgeable and reasonable prices. They work with people and give incredible customer service! Carlos and Mike are my go to’s for anything car related. I live and Raleigh and still don’t trust my car with anyone but them!!
